1Service Operator

趣橙 is operated by 中通云智. “We” and “us” in these Terms refer to 中通云智.

2Scope

These Terms apply when you access, download, install, sign in to, or use the 趣橙 desktop client, website, remote channels, automation tasks, expert capabilities, Hermes local runtime, and related services.

By clicking accept, signing in, binding an account, or continuing to use 趣橙, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the services.

3Accounts and Sign-In

• 趣橙 may use WeChat or other methods for sign-in, identity recognition, and account binding. You are responsible for keeping your devices, account, and session secure.
• When you use WeChat, remote channels, or other third-party services, their own platform rules also apply.
• If you notice account misuse, abnormal sign-in activity, or a security risk, contact us through the client or the contact methods published on the official site.

4Services

• 趣橙 provides a desktop AI assistant, chat, expert capabilities, file handling, automation tasks, remote messaging channels, model routing, and Grain management.
• Some capabilities depend on the local Hermes runtime, operating-system permissions, third-party model services, network conditions, or files and instructions you choose to provide.
• Features, models, Grains, pricing, available regions, and usage limits may change as the product evolves. Pre-release features may change before general availability.

5Local Runtime and Permissions

趣橙 is designed for desktop workflows. To complete your instructions, it may need access to local files, browsers, the clipboard, notifications, networks, shell commands, or other system capabilities. Such access should be based on your authorization, choices, or explicit instructions.

Review the goal, data sensitivity, and likely consequences before authorizing an action. For high-impact actions such as deleting, overwriting, uploading, sharing, paying, investing, or processing legal documents, you should independently verify the result.

6AI-Generated Content

• 趣橙 outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
• In financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, recruiting, compliance, or other professional contexts, AI output is for reference only and is not professional advice or a final decision basis.
• You are responsible for judging and acting on AI outputs, publishing content, submitting documents, and communicating externally.

7User Conduct

• Do not use 趣橙 for illegal activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, malicious scraping, system attacks, bypassing safety limits, generating harmful content, or violating others' rights.
• Do not upload, process, or distribute data, code, files, account credentials, trade secrets, or personal information that you do not have the right to use.
• Do not reverse engineer, crack, abuse, stress test, or disrupt 趣橙, 趣橙, the Hermes runtime, APIs, model routing, or third-party services.

8Fees, Grains, and Plans

趣橙 may offer free Grains, promotional Grains, paid plans, model-call Grains, or other billing methods. Prices, Grain amounts, validity periods, limits, and refund rules are governed by the purchase page, order, campaign terms, or client display.

Promotional, trial, or test Grains usually cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash. If Grains change because of misuse, risk controls, refunds, or service adjustments, we will handle them under the applicable rules.

9Third-Party Services

趣橙 may call model providers, payment services, WeChat sign-in, cloud services, messaging platforms, log analytics, or other third-party capabilities. Availability, pricing, limits, content policies, and processing rules are determined by those providers.

If third-party failures, limits, changes, network issues, or force majeure affect service availability, responses, or data latency, we will try to help troubleshoot but cannot guarantee continuous availability in every scenario.

10Intellectual Property and Content Rights

趣橙 software, interfaces, branding, documentation, model-routing systems, expert configurations, and related technology are owned by us or the lawful rights holders.

You keep the rights you lawfully hold in your inputs, uploads, and generated content. You authorize us to process that content as needed to provide the services, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and improve the experience.

11Service Changes and Termination

If you violate these Terms, applicable laws, platform rules, or create security risks, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services for you.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue some features because of product iteration, compliance requirements, operational changes, third-party changes, or security needs, and will provide reasonable notice where practical.

12Disclaimers and Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, 趣橙 is provided as is and as available. We do not make commitments beyond legal requirements about absolute AI-output accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or third-party service results.

We are not liable beyond the scope required by law for losses caused by your incorrect instructions, insufficient review, device environment, network, third-party services, account leakage, or force majeure.
